Panaghisgot-hisgot.

Panaghisgot-hisgot means exchange of ideas; about dialogue; about discourse. This is an important process for any advocates specially in peace-building. This exchange of ideas about the reconstitution of the peace panel took place in a yahoo egroup of peace-builders in Lanao. It is saved here to document the “takbo ng usapan” at a time when the government is reconstituting the government peace panel to negotiate with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF). In the long run, Panaghisgot-hisgot will become a forum where development workers can blog their commentaries to other issues–national, regional or local in scope.
